Okay, I've been on the site a little over a month now, stalking many of you guys' posts. It time for me now to introduce myself. My name is Walter. Born and raised in Newark, NJ. Been interested in real estate for quite some time, reading this, studying that... Now its time to take action! This site is the place to be! There is such a wealth of knowledge here! I learn a little more every day. My plans are to focus on wholesales in the beginning, move on to rehabs, and eventually move onto Tax sales and notes, which is where most of my knowledge lies, with the occasional buy and hold sprinkled in.
