The fear of loss is stronger than the desire for gain.So if you can't get her on board, and you are serious about a forever life together, perhaps try a strategy that has much less possiblilty of monetary loss, like a sandwich lease/option, or wholesaling.

most of the bigger HML shops are tied into national data bases so they can do a computer search on your entitles and establish your experience .. also they do in house valuations.. which is nice you don't have to wait or pay for 3 p appraisals.. they charge 199.
