Unless that land is worth $80k or the home is brand new, it is way overpriced.

I am brand new to this forum, so I apologize in advance if I am not posting this in the correct place.

Last October, we discovered that they had disabled and destroyed the brand new wireless interconnected smoke detectors we had installed in their unit within a multifamily, without, of course, informing us that there was any problem with the smoke detectors. 

A few brand new complexes that were finished this year near me have had to offer significant concessions to fill the units with tenants and they're still only 20-30% occupied.

I'm 23 years old and I have purchased 2 Brand New homes. 1 was built in 2019 and the other was built in 2020.

I am looking to sell my property in Seattle at the beginning of 2021 which should net me around 800k. My plan is to use that money and start my landlord lifestyle here in Orlando FL.

That, coupled with a major redevelopment project downtown that brought a huge number of brand new apartments online, and a few more brand new large apartment complexes on the west side of town, is making it tough for anyone to get in the game here in G-town. 

I'm brand new to real estate and hoping to make some moves in 2021.

We're newcomers to real estate so we've been in the learning phase for the last few months, but hoping to narrow in on something soon.I'd love to get some of your guys' input given our criteria and where we're at as of today.I know at the end of the day it ultimately comes down to what our financial goals, risk tolerance, current and future plans, involvement, etc. look like but I'm totally just curious what any of you more seasoned investors think, given the below.Here's what we're thinking: - $200K total to invest (50/50 between the two of us) - Use this money for several down payments over next couple years (maybe incorporate some BRRRR down the line once we've become more comfortable) - First deal: a turnkey SFH (buy-and-hold) in a decent/higher cash-flow market ($150K-$220K home range; thinking Phoenix, Dallas, Midwest) - Thinking of utilizing a turnkey company (like Norada or RealWealth) for this first deal since they have the systems/contacts in place and we are brand new to thisThoughts?

I finish my houses pretty nice with granite counters, new cabinets and brand new bathrooms.
