Brand new rental property investor in Orlando FL, seeking advice

I am looking to sell my property in Seattle at the beginning of 2021 which should net me around 800k. My plan is to use that money and start my landlord lifestyle here in Orlando FL.

My current plan is to start with one multi-family house. Buying it cash around the 200-400k range and using it as my trial property to learn as much as I can before scaling up.

This will be my first time buying properties for the sole purpose of investing, and I would love to get some advice from the gurus on BiggerPockets, especially those who live in the Central Florida area.
