I personally like Kissimmee because it can be very lucrative but it can be a difficult market - you'd have to knock the design and amenities out of the park, because if you don't, there are thousands of rentals that do and you'll fall to the wayside.

Several of the founders are personal contacts and I know several advisors on their boards. 

If anyone has a person or firm in mind that I could reach out to, I'd be grateful. 

For example, if the member intermingles personal assets with the LLC's assets (eg. shared bank account, personal and business), one can try to make an argument to pierce the corporate veil to get to the sole member.

Restrictions are only getting tighter and id personally avoid.

The house had way more potential in person than the mls photos showed.I know the market well here.
