I would try a combination of requiring them to fill an application first (provided you have pics of EVERY room in your listing), and making a bonafied showing appt for everyone at the same time.

I found amazing resources just by going there, looking up the category I wanted, spending an hour or so scanning all the real estate investment books, checking out the ones I wanted, reading them, writing all the best ideas from all of them in a notebook.

The bank is filing criminal trespass against this person today and the preservation manager is taking pics and documenting how they got in again.
