in NYC, we used BIS website for checking for pending/resolved/outstanding building/code violations.since i'm relatively new to the west coast, not sure with local LA county cities (Signal Hill, Long Beach, Lakewood, San Pedro, plus Westminster in OC county would be the cities I'm working on offers in these days) if any of these cities have online building information systems or not.anybody?

@Cynthia Stith a camera will not resolve your issues.

I'm about 100% sure the doctor wont say "those lesions are from bedbugs".... they will likely say "these lesions may/may not be compatible with bed bug bites"....if you are lucky they will find some other definitive form of skin disease where they can say "this is disease X and it is NOT from bedbugs".

My tenants don't have to beg for this type of issue to be resolved.

Basically, what are the advantages and disadvantages of building a spec home that is compatible with the desires of the majority of home buyers vs building a custom home for a specific client?  

Existing projects are overpriced in many markets at unsustainable levels ( our opinion).As for a rule of thumb, I do not know if the two are compatible investments.

Do those exist that are compatible with the set of drill bits?

The best was once I flat out told them I had an issue with financing and wasn't going to perform as I didn't think it would get resolved quickly.

One thing I like about Intuit (vs. at least one other ACH provider) is that they reinitiate an ACH request automatically if there is a clearing issue (like not enough money in the drafted account) and if they can resolve the payment, they will.

Oh ya, the PM didn't even notice it...So beyond the obvious firing of the PM, what can we do to resolve both the issues with the tenant and the poor PM?
