By this time, they've likely received many letters like yours and unless you can promise them something that all the others haven't (or unless you get lucky and your arrives at the perfect moment), it's unlikely to sway them any more than the previous letters they ignored.In fact, in my experience, within 30 days of the auction, at least 50% of the homeowners have moved out and the letters never get delivered.On top of that, I'm not sure I like your actual letter.

The downside of using PayPal is that the fee is percentage based, which is not ideal for large rent payments.Unfortunately VersaPay is only in Canada right now so we're looking at other options for United States users...seems like there's nothing perfect out there yet.

If it's perfectly fine, I'd tell them that right now there aren't any plans to paint it, and they aren't allowed to paint it-- but if it's too worrisome or a problem, offer to let them out of their lease.

So far it's working perfectly fine for property managers, I couldn't see this being an issue on the landlord end as well.Also, I'm sure PRICE is a huge factor and I understand.

It sounds like the area is perfect for a rental, so I would see how long they will stay in the rental and then get it in writing for a new move out date.
