Economies grow and shrink, you go through changes in life, it won't always be a giant rocketship of increasing returns straight to the moon! 

I started as a out of town landlord with a 220 lot mhp and through several painful years moved to the state where my mhp was located because I was not able to get a handle on things from 2.5 hours away.  

It cost more to support a family than not having to support a family.A quick google search did not pull up any results.I was also not able to see anything on biggerpockets(I may have wrote the wrong words).I have a feeling this would be considered illegal but I thought i'd ask!

I assure you it is a giant pain in the neck when you are rehabbing a unit and suddenly realize that you have to run a plumbing ventpipe to the roof and the unit above you is already rehabed and occupied.

But it's not some giant drop.

Occupancy down means people are not able to pay to travel as much as could before.I'm really starting to miss negative interest.

Hey Miss Murray,This is just my assumption but I would think that if they are not able to be present at the title company, they would sign some sort of power of attorney to a representing party on their behalf.
