Hello All, I am working on refinancing my own primary residence and owning my rentals in a multi-member LLC seems to be affecting my ability to "add back" the depreciation that this can normally be a done with when held personally. 3 lenders have told me this.

That's normally the premise behind waiting two years - it proves that your income isn't erratic and that you are a good lending candidate.While it may not be the best, and while you haven't disclosed the reason behind your seeking a loan, maybe you should look into whether a margin loan would be a good fit.
