BobI know a couple of Pest Control guys that added hanging Christmas Lights to their business, and they report making reasonable profits.

If it's automated or doesn't identify them by what they do I hang up before leaving the message and I never call back.

In my state the agent works for the broker (or at least hangs his License there) and the broker receives a % of the agents commission.

I realized to be an active agent, here in New Hampshire any way, you have to hang your license at a brokerage.
