LLC / Investment Club agreement

Hi Guys

I live in South Africa, and have been discussing founding a private company (similar to your LLC) with 4 of my colleagues in order to effectively pool our capital to being purchasing low cost units in our area.

I am starting to put together a formal business plan and would like to begin working on a draft four version of an "Investment Club Agreement", in order to have everything in writing before we start off and ensure everyone is on the same page.

Does anyone perhaps have examples of investment club agreements / LLC agreements / partnership agreements that I could look through to gain a deeper understanding of the matter at hand?

Would thoroughly appreciate any input!
