He literally does no marketing for deals, he exclusively partners with wholesalers and sends out their deals and handles the sale process entirely.

That said, if your credit is good, you have solid income, and you have a low DTI, literally any bank will lend to you.  

Almost closed on a nice looking duplex(literally 2 weeks from closing) until the plumbing and structural inspections killed the deal.
