Looking For Investor Friendly Lenders

Hello BP!

In the next couple of years, I am going to be purchasing a few buy and hold deals in the San Deigo area. While I am growing my stockpile of cash for my first deal I am beginning to check off the necessary boxes for it to be a success. This includes finding a hand full of potential lenders that have experience working with small real investors. Does anyone have any recommendations for me? Obviously, the better loans they can offer me the more I would prefer to use them, lower rates, lower down payment etc... Once again, I am looking to meet up with people and to start building relationships with potential lenders.

Thank you for your time!
