@Khalil Badran you should definitely listen to the recent BP podcasts with Pace Morby - lots of great advice for talking to sellers!

Honestly most of what I learn is through Audiobooks or listening to the BP Podcast. 

I am fairly new to the Bigger pockets community, while I have been listening in to the podcast when I get the chance, I have not made any blog entries or spent too much time on the website yet.

It's easy to type it or read about it online but going out and meeting people and listening to their experiences, will get you fired up.

We have been actively reading Real Estate books, listening to the BP Podcasts every morning, and recently joined as a Pro Member. 

I agree with Paul Moore, check out Frank Rolfe's mobile home university, I've been listening to his podcasts and I just realize how ignorant I am when it comes to MHP.

Start here, but read/listen to everything else on this list (personally I Audible everything), and everything else you can get hold of, and then everything on this site, the BiggerPockets podcast, and get involved in discussions here.
