My decision would be no for multiple reasons determined by my official and personal reasons.I do not rent to anyone relocating as they will often choose to move to a temporary apartment with the intent of then seeking a more ideal unit to move to.

The issue is the conduct (i.e. committing a fraud) and intent (i.e. intent to defraud) rather than the corporate form.I don't think it makes a whole lot of sense for you to jump through hoops to add members to your LLC and dilute your equity and control based on the concerns you laid out.
