If that is a method that you’ve got figured out in your market and you’re willing to keep rolling those proceeds into more and more deals, there is a good chance you can make more money over the long run.I think looking at national trends option one sounds most appealing to me, but again, I don’t know your market or strategy.Best of luck with your awesome problem.

Using data tools like altos or realtor sale price trends, figure out a locations downward trend percentage and apply it to your comps for a quick analysis.

 I don't know about any particular trend in travel nursing right now, but in general our medium-term rentals in Denver and Colorado Springs are doing well -- be that for travel nurses, remote workers, people moving to the city and not wanting to buy right away.
