I've been able to get the name of the listed homeowner, although unfortunately it's my understanding that she's having health issues, and therefore a "trust-like" process has been put in place (according to next door neighbor).

The one I was looking at, the hospital nearby was looking at it for a standalone mental health facility so maybe talk to facility managers at local hospitals and see if they have space needs for anything.Other good ideas I turned up were immediate care, dentists, veterinarians and alternative medicine practices.

In 2018, I will be receiving a large chunk of capital ($400-500k) that I will be investing in real estate also.Here is the dilemma, since LA and it is a "seller market" I am having a hard time getting my offers taken seriously because it is so low.

My main concern is this tenant is a smoker.Now the lease she she doesn't stipulate anything about smoking or not smoking but for my personal health and the state of the property i am on the loosing end.
