Hey guys! Found a property on craigslist, seller is asking for a price 15% below market value. Health issues has him eager to sell! No realtors involved, I'm looking to finance or pay cash for asking price of 53k (hoping to talk him down to 48-49K). Not sure which to do yet. Looking to find a realtor in the area to assist!
