Distressed property - Seller contact information
Question for my fellow BP members. I've looked through the forums; however, I haven't found information on how to source the contact information for a home that's in distress. More specifically, I'm looking to identify the individual(s) who are currently that trustees / administrators for a local property that may be in probate. I've been able to get the name of the listed homeowner, although unfortunately it's my understanding that she's having health issues, and therefore a "trust-like" process has been put in place (according to next door neighbor). Any suggestions on sourcing the information? Thanks...
