There are usually lectures that can help you be informed about various topics in real estate, and if you introduce yourself and ask others about their investing, you might meet the person that can help you out as well.One other thing, listen to the podcasts here on Bigger Pockets: they can give you a lot of information as well, and are super entertaining.Lastly, be sure to stay active in the forums: it's a great way to learn and to connect with others!

This is an expansion of a product already available and the expansion is designed to compete with other lenders who have the same product ALREADY in place in those areas. also as @Bill F. mentioned the GFC wasn't because subprime as much because a supercharged derivative market that attached itself to it. anything can be a doomsday predictor if you want it to be, which this forum loves to do 2-3 times a week#theskyisnotfalling

I have learned a ton from them, including which niche I am most interested in.Be active in the forums: you both learn and have opportunities to build connections with others.

If thats asking too much or if that is against the forums policies then I definitely understand.

Do any owner/investors on this forum have a solid vendor recommendation.
