It's not great out of the box, but there are plenty of platforms that handle the email side of things.

The "contact or help" e-mail button sends an email to a address that does not exist, so it kicks back all emails.

I would start by plugging your city into furnishedfinder.com/stats to see how many map searches the platform received over the past 12 months.

In my opinion as a CPA, I would think we'd each report the rental property income and expenses under schedule E of our form 1040s, and potentially file a $0 form 1065 for the LLC. 

Finance requires accounting and then branches out to other aspects of commerce, banking, business finance, economics, insurance, investments and real estate.
