This was never considered in the contract and the sale price will not change but my concern is that we will need to amend the contract to extend the closing date.  

but hadnt been touched since...so the stucco has these disgusting seashell designs on it....The kitchen cabinets,although in good shape,are very dated also...and the windows are double glazed,but they are the original windows from the 70's it looks like.we are both low on money and could probably just afford to fix it up to the standard matt wants to.But what I am trying to convince him to do,is to rent the house out for the winter and save the income from rent (we own the house right out so have no mortgage) then come back to it next summer when we have the rental money and money we have saved and using that money,-put siding on the house.

A restraining order is covered under Mass General Law Chapter 209a and it is an order that protects someone from being abused by a current or former member of the household or family, and/or that the parties have been in a dating relationship.

The data can be out of date though or high because landlords go on there to see if their rent is to high.  

Bought condo at auction 7/2015 but THE HOA  have owned it since january 2013 from a delinquent lien of 15k dues from previous owner  Am i responsible for the lien of 15k or the dues due to current date?  

@Peter Lee For residential investment loans, you have to wait for 7 yrs from the date of your foreclosure.
