Hello,

I am brand new to REI and although I have had vague thoughts of doing real estate investing in the past I am truly ready to jump in with both feet!

I have been busy reading everything I can find about REI and am enjoying absorbing the info like a sponge! Loving the BP site, resources, blog and forum.

Any advice or encouragement is much appreciated!
