Hello new friends,

My name is Tikii I am brand new to the real estate world. I am interested in starting some relationships with fellow investors. I am very easy to work with, very motivated. I would like to start out doing some bird dogging if anyone interested. I'm here to learn as much as I can.  I am not looking for any type of handouts. I prefer to work for my money, and I'm hard working.  I have learned in my 40 years of life that the appreciation is greater when it is earned. My utlimate goal is to be a Wholesaler. I am very interested in buying and flipping, and buy and holds.
