Can I take Curbio a proposal use that to market to an investor to purchase the home and how easy would it be to I guess “transfer” all the work we started with the proposal to the current home owner over to the cash buyer?

I am looking to join a Detroit REI meetup group and was wondering if anyone has a good group they are currently apart of or have been apart of in the past.

We currently have 6 SFHs and an 8 unit, and our portfolio has performed a lot better across the last 4 years than we ever expected.We're currently under contract on a 35-unit apartment building.

We currently self manage but would like to turn them over as well as purchasing a few multi families in the very near future.We have a sfh in Myrtle Beach and love our pm down there so I know good ones exist.

How strong is your current rental agreement?
