In my opinion, rate is secondary to making sure you get the RIGHT information from your lender regarding the process, they're communicative throughout the process and you feel comfortable with them up front. 

Contrary to popular opinion, email is not a secure mode of communication.

In my opinion - if the CPA wanted to charge you more than $700, he should have communicated that before hand.

I have watched agents recommend a seller to give up a better offer by (Insert Online mortgage company) because they have been at closing tables and "the bank" never showed up or communication was horrid. 

I do follow the rules to my lease to a T, and I do keep a good paper trail when it comes to communication.  

Or, more sanely, is the percentage interest in the property bid only a device to shrink the interest rate yield, and an unredeemed Tax Deed would confer 100% ownership?

So is there a lease contract or is this just verbal communication?
