It's extremely common for people to say their credit score is in the tank because of a divorce and that's partially true but nobody goes from 750 to a 550 without some serious problems and I'm not going to accept the divorce excuse.

I’ll go as far as to say it isn’t common to do with one house let alone…maybe “another house or two”.
