Sales (or Marketing) Conferences for Phone Soliciting?

My partner and I do direct mail marketing and she does the phone sales resulting or starting from.  I'm looking to send a partner who does phone sales to a conference to sharpen her skills, teach her some direct mail marketing stuff, and embrace my insatiable need for metrics.  Web marketing is not really an issue.  Any suggestions on U.S. seminars/conferences in the coming year?
