Currently, when I see something and contact the listing agents myself I get the s******* responses from the listing agents. 

Much easier to do business there in terms of regulation but harder to come by a reliable cleaning/handyman/PMteam and smaller pool of contractors.You need to decide what is important to you.

The only difference is, you would also provide POC for tenant (might just be for AL but tenants had certain agents they were under) the notice as well, so they know what's happening as well.  

Is being an agent worth it?
