For those with multiple properties, you may have other choices to make and or issues to face if this goes for an extended time, however, I really believe that once we get through this, the Vacation destinations are going to explode with business.

Well, I appreciate the alarm on my word choice,  but it seems we already cleared up that one hundred square feet bedrooms do not entitle two adults, or even two humans of any kind?.

I've got a local lender that I've had a long term relationship with so for me it was an easy choice to get my first deal done, however they do a max of 25years, and a 5% rate on a SFH.
