I know you're supposed to review the HUD-1 until you're blue in the face, and then review it again - I did.

I read a the 21 Ways...Book by Brian Tracy, that helped a little.

I have been listening and learning with the podcasts, supplementing with books and blogs.

I just got and started reading Kens book the ABC's and had the book at my desk when I started the podcast.

I remember reading either J Scott's blogs or one of his books and for the longest time he focused on a tiny suburb of Atlanta and just bought up everything in that one small area.

Always had the dream of being financially stable in my 40s/50s and have ventured out looking in stocks and whatnot, reading some books, etc.

If it is a current rental ask to see the books.

I have read a dozen books on the topic but I think it would be worth the time and effort see how someone does it in the real world.
