@Arthur Zaragoza   I am not sure about others but I would have your take out figured out before I paid cash and counted on a refi.I would think your American relatives are best bet to get this done for you. they will be limited to loan slots ... then you can go portfolio and then lastly semi hard money if it makes sense.true non recourse with secondary lenders is in the 8 to 9% apr rates with 50% down..

That's probably a safe bet, but I would check with your buyers. 

Most REO agents are swamped with duties, and are not the best bet for buyers. 

An investor would have to analyze the potential and the trade-off of buying cheaper early on in the redevelopment plans with the need to hold the property for a while before knowing whether the bet will pay off. 

Baltimore City and PG county are perhaps the best bet for smaller investors.

Safe bet is to find something you'd want to stay in and more than likely others will as well.

I haven't dealt with this but your best bet is to probably let the City repair it.

From what I understand, selling leads is not the same as a referral fee (which is generally illegal without a license).There are all kinds of entities (particularly on the web) that sell leads to various types of marketers without licenses.  

I own a web design firm and try to keep my W2's low.  

Choosing the property carefully seems to be the best bet!
