Just because they will be putting tenants in the units does not mean that they will be the sort of good tenant that is desirable; chances are good that since they have no intention of ongoing management of the building, that they aren't going to go through the added effort of screening tenants to be certain they will be tenants with good character.  

Is that per unit that you are adding?

I don't know if just a sticky note would have a large response rate but let me know if it does. 

I certainly wouldn't say I would expect a large amount of inflation in house prices but inventory is low and prices are fairly high (for the area) right now.

Our downtown area is adding so many rentals and condos.Still SFR's rent and sell well.

i got a large 3 page brochure from one company, it had good color & gave examples of their recent properties & quotes from clients as well.

The purchase option will be a large downpayment, non-refundable option.
