The new tenant has found mice problem in my rental house which has recently been completely renovated. She has set up 18 traps and still sees mice activities. Any suggestions for good products? Traps, electronic repel...

In parallel, the tenant needs to set traps, bait stations, sticky traps, etc to get rid of the current mice, assuming there isn't an immediate clean-up. 

Of course the end goal would be for you to get rid of Mortgage insurance (which is in place for the life of the loan with FHA, and drops off when you get 20% equity on a conventional)  I'm here to answer questions if you have any more!

I understand being mortgage free is nice so if you are bent on getting rid of the 12K then don't pocket a dime from the rent and put it all towards paying down the 12K loan and if you want to add more out of pocket then do it.

Basically a way of the loan servicer making up some extra money for lending on lower equity loans.You will not able to get rid of this extra fee as long as you have the loan unless you refinance. 

If there is get rid of the affected insulation and sheetrock, apply bleach to the affected area, and let it dry out. 

And in most states, squatters are harder and more expensive to rid than tenants.
