My thinking is why would a prospective tenant pay 1700-1750 for an old, out dated apartment when they could pay the same for a brand new apartment with all the amenities?

I live in Hoboken and brand new to investing but would be down for this.

They want over $100 for a lead on one type of job last time I talked to them.The money you could spend on leads can stretch so much further if you invest it in local advertising, wrapped trucks, eddm, networking groups, getting certified in one specific brand, give back to your local community, follow up with existing customers etc.

We’re brand new at this but listen and read whatever we can.

Basically a brand new house.

Brand new with lots of amenities or maybe something that is older but had been updated.
