What would the price of renting an apartment be by 2023-2024?

Hello, I'm a high school student that will be graduating in 2023. I don't want to disclose too much information but I would like to move out as soon as I graduate. I was wondering what the price of an apartment near Cal State Fullerton would be around 2023-2024 would be so I can start saving money for then. Also, I know this website is necessarily for this, but how would I know what a good deal would be around that time? I understand that this is pretty far ahead in the future and many analysts probably don't have this kind of data yet, but I keep researching and I haven't found anything on this yet? I really hope I can get some answers soon!

@Gisselle Mendez

It is tough to know for sure. Probably similar to today's rent but slightly higher. My advice to you is to find a couple girls you get along well with and get a place together to split the cost. I don't know your situation at home but I hope it gets better for you. Stay safe!
