In addition to that, generally for any commission or bonus income you would need a full 2 years in the specific job/industry before you are able to use ANY of that bonus or commission income (There are ways around this if you look at non-conforming options, primarily bank statement loans, but those are going to be higher down payment, higher rate and require a large amount of capital to execute).
