I prefer Primary and Secondary markets because of the diversity of industries\jobs, higher population growth potential, higher income potential, amenities, and the data collected\available to analyze. 

For example if a carpet is done then it is typically replaced by the cheapest and often ugliest carpet available.

I've recently come across an interesting vacation home property with two cabins available for rent.
