Evaluatiing a Vacation Home Property

I've recently come across an interesting vacation home property with two cabins available for rent. I'm not entirely sure how i would evaluate the property using the BP calculators.  Would I enter each cabin separately into the Rental Property calculator, or would it make more sense to group them together?
