Hi Everyone, I’m about to put a triplex on the market in the Highland Park area of San Antonio. But before I listed it, I wanted to run it by everyone in this forum first. I bought it a year ago and completely renovated two of the three units. New roof, windows, flooring, HVAC, everything. All three units are rented out on one year leases.
