Highland Park Triplex for Sale

Hi Everyone, I’m about to put a triplex on the market in the Highland Park area of San Antonio. But before I listed it, I wanted to run it by everyone in this forum first. I bought it a year ago and completely renovated two of the three units. New roof, windows, flooring, HVAC, everything. All three units are rented out on one year leases. There is healthy cash flow, but there’s room for a few improvements that would increase rents. It’s a turn-key investment property.
