I'm looking to buy my first rental property, and had a question about liability insurance - I'm buying out of state, and I'm wondering if it'd be best to speak to a lawyer in my hometown about getting a liability insurance policy, or to speak to a lawyer in the city I'm investing in?

So I've been noticing a lot of advertising for UPNEST lately on YouTube and was wondering if anyone can provide some honest review of their service.

Wondering what BP'ers think of the newly proposed BC Speculation Tax?

I know that these rents may not be accurate and that I would need to contact a property manager in the area to know for sure, but per these figures, I am wondering if my report is accurate?

And, YES, I know I probably got myself into this situation and I've certainly picked up some lessons learned with this one about screening and not being in a hurry to get people in there to rent.Just wondered if anyone else has experienced a similar situation.
