Hello from Tacoma. I'm new here

Hi, I'm Justin.

I've been living in Tacoma for about 5 years now.  I worked for quite a while as a HVAC mechanical engineer and am now a stay at home dad.  I read Rich Dad Poor Dad a year ago and am now looking to increase my streams of revenue.

BRRRR(R) (I can never remember how many R's there should be) seems like a good fit and strategy for me.

I started actively looking and analyzing opportunities about 2 months ago and have put in a few offers but nothing seems to stick yet.  I'm driving for dollars, creating my own lists and sending out new letters weekly.  I just got my first returned envelope because of a deceased home owner, which was a little somber but at the same time gratifying because I'm probably targeting the right houses.  Hopefully that doesn't come across as too callus.

I've even put in an offer on an off market duplex at the price the seller wanted, but then he changed his mind.

I guess if it was easy, everyone would do it.  But I'll persist.

Take care,

Justin
