Accessing cash-flowing projects that offer tax advantages as well as a 2X multiple, or an IRR  close to 20% can be an attractive alternative to many other options for investing.regards,Joe

My question is are there things you guys do to allow a handyman to access a property without a tenant present?

I prefer to get an appraisal done so I can borrow through FNMA but lack of access is hampering that plan.

The apartments will have parking problems, noise complaints, unauthorized animals, kids scratching the neighbor's car with their bikes, higher turnover, etc.

The MLS is great but remember everyone has access to it.
