I can see this being a great asset for families with children to stay during ski trips. 

If your in a dry season the other way around and save on the trips to mover the sprinklers around all day.

Alot of my clients and partners (myself included) are divesting of multiples and leveraging in HOT areas, 2 familys at the minimum and ideally larger unitsI often host investors on day trips to Detroit and give then tours and insight into what projects we are doing and whats available in the area.Also working on VR tours of specific properties.

And if you put the wrong person in the wrong seat on the bus it does not matter what you pay or offer it will never work 

No more driving for 2 hours round trip to check something out.We've done 6 1031 exchanges this year to trade properties we weren't interested in keeping into a different asset class.  

I've booked a trip from 10/17-10/22 to look at, and hopefully make offers on, properties in the area.Would love to connect and network with active folks out there - be it investors, agents, lenders, contractors, property managers, etc.  

Then while I was on a trip OCONUS, I got a lead call in from my bandit sign.

We did OOS for two years, and even with a PM, we had to make several trips. 

Although as a not so new newbie I can say these guys really know there stuff and the trip would be worth your time.
