Question: What are PM's looking for in a job?

Hello BiggerPockets Property Managers! 

I want someone who takes ownership of the building and treats it like it's their own home. I have people like this at some of my other properties but can't seem to find anymore for some of my other properties.

So my question to all of you hard working and dedicated property managers, what do you look for to take a job? Is it the pay? Location? Potential growth within the company? Flexibility? Etc...
