How confident are you in your reno budget and ARV?

I wish I had spent 80% of my time doing all that stuff and 20% of my time going out with friends, doing a bit more traveling, going on a road trip, etc.  

I think it's best to be able to provide an offer on the spot, but YOU need to be comfortable and confident with what you offer.By the way, where did you come up with those ARVs? 

Has anyone bought land and rented out travel trailers or off grid housing through Hipcamp or airbnb?
