Make sure you ask for references to check their reliability. look at other STRs around you and compare yourself to them and have everything they have plus more to stand out.

The hardest part about finding your team will be a reliable contractor.

Either way, work on getting their credit up to at least a 640 otherwise the LTV will be limited to 50% with the larger, more reliable lenders. 

I was living there but have had to move out of state for work and so am looking for a reliable property management company who can provide full service  including maintenance and have experience with investors/owners being out of state. 

Aside from calling individual brokers in every market, is there another reliable sources to quickly analyze multiple markets? 

There’s only so many reliable handymen and cleaners in a certain area though.
