Do you think it will continue to stay strong?

Is this typically recommended by landlords or is the recommendation to keep cash flow strong and budget appropriately?

I'm not super strong, so I waddle-walk toilets into and out of place, and adding the ring and having to be extra sure I don't gouge it with the bolts (if new) or get it on the floor (if old) is a pain. 

Just ask the America Lung Association, who strongly ranked Miami for its air quality!

@Devante Scholfield Even if the actual wine business isn’t that strong the destination wedding venue is a huge money maker especially being located near a large city.

Finding a good agent is important for negotiation and getting strong advice for your offer details.

I strongly disagree with some of the comments above, even if you intend to do reach an agreement with your tenant, you have to show them you're willing to do whatever it takes, even if that means going to court. 

Making money doesn't mean necessarily mean cash flow, but there should be a clear path to strong appreciation if there is no cash flow.  

Both areas can be profitable if you buy in the right location and have a strong manager.
