When we talk about converting to office space, I have noticed more and more collaborative work spaces popping up.

How many parking spaces would you require if you rent here?

It has a kitchen and a liquor license. 2 floors of lease space.

I imagine one floor and ground level a space for parking. 

For instance, could I stay in one bedroom, and then rent out 4 extra rooms to other people (in the case that I buy a 5 bedroom house) as long as there is 150+100+100+100+100=550 square feet of floor space in all habitable rooms?

Additionally, the new water heaters are typically larger, so if there are space constraints, you may have some moving of walls to do which will add to the cost.

If you talking commercial only then self storage would be at the top of my list if application then office space..
